Hello, I’m Lizzy a complementary therapist practising for over 18 years. I started my holistic journey in 2006 in Thailand where I did my beginners Thai massage. From there I have carried out many courses over the years including Reflexology, several types of massage alongside becoming a Reiki Master. This has enabled me to specialise in a range of therapies and techniques to help relax and ease aches, pain and the pressures of day to day life.
